At Derringers Music, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Clearly mark your RA number on the shipping label and send the package to our designated returns warehouse via a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or credit within 3-5 business days.
