Yes, all new products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Derringers Music also provides support for warranty claims to ensure your gear is repaired or replaced according to the brand's specific policy.
What is your return policy for faulty or change-of-mind items?
If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened and in original packaging; please note that certain items like earphones or software cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and licensing reasons.
Can I click and collect my order from a physical store?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Local Pickup' option during checkout to collect your gear from our Forestville, Adelaide showroom. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
